Role Overview

As a Lead Generation Trainee at Coozmoo Digital Solutions, you’ll focus on generating, qualifying, and optimizing leads that directly support business growth. You’ll work across channels and teams to ensure consistent, high-quality lead flow.


This role directly contributes to revenue and sales success.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and execute lead generation campaigns across channels

• Identify, qualify, and optimize high-intent leads

• Work closely with PPC, email, and content teams

• Track lead quality, performance, and conversion metrics

• Improve funnels and processes to increase lead efficiency
• Support sales and business development teams with insights

Who Can Apply

A degree, diploma, or certification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred. Candidates must have relevant hands-on experience in lead generation or demand generation, with a practical understanding of funnels, lead qualification, and conversion tracking. 


Experience working on live lead campaigns, managing inbound or outbound leads, and improving lead quality or conversions is required. Strong analytical skills, result-oriented thinking, and the ability to work closely with sales and marketing teams are essential.
