Role Overview

As an HR Intern, you will support day-to-day HR operations with a primary focus on recruitment coordination and employee lifecycle processes. You will gain practical experience in managing candidate data, assisting with onboarding and offboarding workflows, and understanding formal HR documentation practices. This role offers structured exposure to the complete employee journey—from hiring to exit—while strengthening your coordination and organizational skills.

As an HR Intern, you will support day-to-day HR operations with a primary focus on recruitment coordination and employee lifecycle processes. You will gain practical experience in managing candidate data, assisting with onboarding and offboarding workflows, and understanding formal HR documentation practices. This role offers structured exposure to the complete employee journey—from hiring to exit—while strengthening your coordination and organizational skills.

What You’ll Do

  • Maintain and update candidate records on the ATS platform 

  • Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication 

  • Draft and send rejection emails and assist with feedback calls 

  • Support onboarding documentation and joining formalities 

  • Assist in preparing HR letters and maintaining employee records 

  • Help coordinate offboarding procedures and clearance tracking 

  • Update HR trackers related to recruitment and employee lifecycle
