As an HR Intern, you will support day-to-day HR operations with a primary focus on recruitment coordination and employee lifecycle processes. What You’ll Do
• Maintain and update candidate records on the ATS platform
Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication
Draft and send rejection emails and assist with feedback calls
Support onboarding documentation and joining formalities
Assist in preparing HR letters and maintaining employee records
Help coordinate offboarding procedures and clearance tracking
Update HR trackers related to recruitment and employee lifecycle
