Role Overview

As part of our HR team, you’ll manage end-to-end employee operations, from hiring and onboarding to engagement and compliance. This role requires empathy, organization, and the ability to balance people needs with company goals while fostering a positive, high-performing workplace culture.
What You’ll Do
• Manage the full employee lifecycle — recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities
• Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management in HR systems
• Handle employee engagement, grievance redressal, and performance tracking
• Maintain HR records, compliance documents, and policy updates
• Partner with team leads to plan workforce needs and development programs
• Support a healthy work culture through transparent communication and empathy

Who Can Apply
You have a background, certification, or hands-on experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with a passion for people operations. Experience in recruitment, payroll coordination, or employee engagement is a plus.
