Role Overview

At Coozmoo, financial accuracy and transparency are the foundation of how we operate. We’re looking for a Finance Manager / Accountant who can manage the company’s accounts, oversee payroll, and ensure compliance with all statutory requirements.

If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and understand the balance between numbers and people, this role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of financial operations and contribute to a smoothly running organization.

What You’ll Do

• Manage daily accounting tasks, entries, and financial records

• Process monthly payroll and ensure timely salary disbursemeny

• Handle PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance activities

• Prepare financial statements, invoices, and expense reports

• Coordinate with auditors and consultants for reviews and filings

• Track budgets, cash flow, and organizational expenses

• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance standards

• Strong knowledge of accounting, payroll, and statutory processes (PF, ESI, GST, TDS)

• Proficiency in Tally, Excel, or similar accounting software

• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation

• Excellent coordination and communication skills

• Ability to handle deadlines and maintain confidentiality

Who Can Apply

You hold a degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com, M.Com, MBA, or equivalent).

You have 1–4 years of experience managing accounts, payroll, or compliance.
