Role Overview

What You’ll Do

Manage daily office operations, administration, and employee support
Supervise office assistants, vendors, and oversee maintenance and housekeeping
Track inventory, handle procurement, and manage company assets
Identify process gaps and implement operational improvements
Ensure effective communication and collaboration across teams
Maintain positive employee relations and address operational needs promptly

Have proven experience in operations and office administration
Bring strong people management, coordination, and decision-making skills
Can multitask, prioritize, and resolve challenges efficiently
Are proactive, organized, and comfortable using digital tools for reporting
Have basic IT awareness and can support troubleshooting when needed
Manage vendors, purchases, and assets with ownership and accountability

Who Can Apply
