Role Overview
What You’ll Do
Manage the full employee lifecycle — recruitment, onboarding, confirmations, and exit formalities
Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, coordination, and offer rollouts
Oversee attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs through HRMS tools
Support performance management processes including reviews, tracking, and documentation
Manage employee relations, address concerns, and drive engagement initiatives
Maintain HR records, compliance documentation, and policy implementation
Collaborate with team leads on workforce planning and organizational needs
Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations with accuracy and efficiency

You’ll Shine Here If You
Have 2+ years of experience in an HR generalist role
Possess strong knowledge of recruitment, employee lifecycle, and HR operations
Are hands-on with HRMS tools and comfortable managing HR data and reports
Have strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Can handle employee relations with empathy and professionalism
Are proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities
Believe in building a positive, transparent, and people-first work culture
