Role Overview
What You’ll Do
Support client accounts through clear coordination and timely communication
Assist in gathering, documenting, and organizing client requirements
Coordinate with internal teams to align on tasks, timelines, and deliverables
Track progress, follow up on action items, and flag risks early
Share updates, feedback, and milestones with clients and stakeholders
Support testing, quality checks, and final delivery reviews
Manage and guide junior team members, ensuring task clarity, quality, & timely execution
Review team output, track reporting, and support workload planning for assigned resources

Can manage responsibilities independently while supporting others
